The B.A. in Business Administration: Economics and Finance is a dually accredited program. You will get both American and European BA degrees for a single price. The concentration in Economics and Finance gives students a valuable basis for theoretical and empirical research in these fields. The courses offer a key combination of the most crucial entrepreneurial and financial topics, along with the core of economic analysis.
The B.A. in Business Administration: Economics and Finance is a dually accredited program. You will get both American and European BA degrees for a single price. The concentration in Economics and Finance gives students a valuable basis for theoretical and empirical research in these fields. The courses offer a key combination of the most crucial entrepreneurial and financial topics, along with the core of economic analysis. The concentration shows how the business and financial sectors function, what is their role in the modern economy, and how to apply the most important analytical tools in these fields. As a part of the program, students will also get real-life experience of working in an international corporation or in the banking or capital sector.
After completion of this concentration, students will be able to think like economists and will have the quantitative and institutional knowledge necessary to successfully solve practical problems in the field of finance.

Curriculum
Business Administration: Economics and Finance is a 3-year study program. To graduate, students must accumulate 90 US credits (180 ECTS credits) by completing 30 courses.

On top of that students are also required to complete the Thesis Seminar, Internship, and Thesis module.

Note: a concentration can be opened, provided a minimum of twelve students enroll.
Electives
Students can choose five courses from the list of courses offered by any school at AAU.
Having passed all the required and elective courses, students complete their studies by taking graduation examinations: state exam covering the major module, state exam covering the concentration module, and thesis defense.
