The Ferrieres preparatory course provides a two-year common core programme in all areas of hospitality (semesters 1, 2, 3, and 4). It allows students to progress into operationally efficient individuals, able to put into practice the foundations, techniques and behaviours inherent to the luxury, food & beverage and hospitality industry.
Objective
1st year of the Ferrieres Preparatory Cycle
Acquire the operational fundamentals, soft skills, and quickly build the capacity to implement the standard techniques and behaviors common to luxury companies.
2nd year of the Ferrieres Preparatory Course
Build the autonomy of students and their adaptability to any multicultural context.
The duration of the Ferrieres Bachelor is 3 years. It is designed for students who choose to get immediately ready for the workplace.
Semesters 5 and 6 broaden students’ practical skills and allow them to perform better in operational positions and handle more duties within a team.
3rd year of the Ferrieres Bachelor
