Malala is just one example of a woman doing exceptional work that has a global impact. She is just one of many women around the world who are working to promote equality, equity, and inclusion for women. These women and the work they do are celebrated every year on March 8th for International Women’s Day -- a global day honoring and highlighting the achievements of women in all fields including social, economic, cultural, and political sectors.
