The human Resource Development program aims to provide knowledge and skills of all the main functions of Human Resources and includes essential concepts and practices for human resource management. Upon successful completion of this program, students should be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the activities and decisions that inform the employment relationship, including functions of HRM such as staffing, training and development, performance appraisal, staff counseling, motivation, interpret the legislative concepts of employment law and industrial relationship.

The study of industrial engineering and logistics systems places emphasis upon developing a student’s abilities to analyze and design systems that integrate technical, economic, and social-behavioral factors in manufacturing, service, social, and government organizations. This study leads to a variety of professional opportunities in the manufacturing and logistics industry, health care services, research and development, financial centers, public service enterprises, and business corporations.

Human Resources Management professionals specialize in managing functions and activities concerned with attracting, maintaining and developing people within the organization. Training of personnel is conducted in accordance with the requirements in bachelor degree for Business Administration specialization in Baku Eurasian University.

The aim of specialty in Logistics is to train senior professional talents who are equipped with profound knowledge and quality of analysis, design and operations management of modern logistics system and supply chain system, together with necessary knowledge of natural science and social science, and with the capability of applying knowledge and scientific tools to solve practical problems, also with the strong competence to engage in scientific research, management decision and operation service.

SZU offers various programs taught in Chinese, for example, Chinese Language and Literature, Electronic Science and Technology, Human Resource Management, etc. We also offer students two programs taught in English: Business Administration and International Trade and Economics.

The program reflects the growing importance of transport and logistics management within the world of business. It has been designed with the aid of business educators and industry leaders, and in line with major expansions and developments of transport infrastructure in the country: sea, road, rail, and air.

Upon graduation, students shall receive additional Professional Qualification Examination (PQE) award from the Charted Institute of Logistic and Transport Malaysia (CILTM) and a membership certificate of MILT.
