The Business Management & Human Resources Management program is set in the broader field of business, management and corporate strategy. The curriculum emphasizes how human resources strategies and management decisions have an important and lasting impact on the performance of organizations, regardless of their size, type or sector. The Level 4 Diploma in Human Resource Management (120 credits and equivalent to the first year of a University Degree) and the level 5 Extended Diploma in Management (120 credits and equivalent to the first year of a University Degree) are designed to provide students with maximum study flexibility Students can choose to complete the second and/or third and final year of their Undergraduate degree on campus at Schellhammer Business School or a UK university. A variety of alternative distance learning options also exist. Each module consists of approximately 40 guided learning hours of material with an additional 30-50 hours of optional learning material. These materials comprise recommended exercises, recommended readings and internet resources. -
