Upon degrees are valid in Mexico and The United States, endorsed by The Higher Learning Commission in the United States and the Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP) in Mexico. • Higher Learning Commission (HLC): Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Digital Technologies and Design, Strategic Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Industrial and Systems Engineering.

• Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International): Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Marketing, and Global Supply Chain.

1. Complete the Application Form

Please complete the online admissions application (make sure you apply for Campus Queretaro).
Go to https://www.astate.mx/in/apply and submit the $1,800.00 MXN non-refundable application fee.

2. Meet the Academic Criteria

Resident Students

• Accredited High School Certificate
• English Proficiency Certification (for non-English speaking countries)

International Students:

• High School/Secondary School Official Transcript and Diploma
• English Proficiency Certification

English Proficiency:

Students who don't meet the English Proficiency minimum scores (3.5 or above) have the following ALPHA program options:

• ALPHA II (2.6 - 3.4)
• ALPHA I (1.0-2.5)

Students in ALPHA programs must have an approving grade of 8.0 in all the courses and in the overall grade. They must retake the iTEP exam if their score is 3.4 or below.

Important notice: these courses do not count as university college credits.

Certification Sat - Act - Accuplacer:

Students who have the following certifications: SAT, ACT or ACCUPLACER can start their undergraduate program right away, these certifications must be submitted to the Admissions Office 25 labour days before the classes begin each semester

In case the student doesn't have any of these certifications IT'S MANDATORY to take Hybrid Early Start courses (HES) either during a summer period or in a regular semester prior to their college credits.

Important notice: HES courses do not count as university college credits

3. Down Payment

To hold your space for Spring / Fall 2024, we need a down payment of $11,025 MXN.

4. Acceptance Letter

This letter confirms you have met the minimum requirements and confirms your official ID and PIN to create your student email.

5. Move-in Day

WELCOME HOME! Don't forget to bring your personal items.

If you are an international student and want to study with us, you have to apply for your visa to be able to study in Mexico. Just present the letter of acceptance that we provide you and go to your embassy to apply for your student visa.
