Introduction
The Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Supervision and Management program uses a 2+2 model, requiring the completion of an associate degree for entry into the program. It is designed to provide a flexible schedule to meet the needs of non-traditional students in the community; it can be 100% online or through a combination of online and half online/half face-to-face, and hybrid courses.
This is a comprehensive, integrated program of study that includes courses in business writing, accounting, human resources management, operational decision-making, information systems, and strategy.
The degree program can prepare you for advancement in your field. Associate degree programs prepare graduates to enter the job market in entry-level or mid-level positions. Upper-level coursework in the BAS program can broaden your knowledge of applied business practices and prepare you for higher-level management and supervisory opportunities.
