Introduction
The Bachelor Program aims to train middle managers and operational leaders to effectively support companies in their digital transformation, their international openness and the development of their activities.
The Bachelor is organized in several stages:
- The common core (over 2 years), which allows you to acquire the fundamentals of management, consisting of:
- 1 civic mission in addition to human training
- 1 international immersion
- The 3rd year, which includes a business specialization. It allows you to discover different growth sectors of activity in the Region: wine and gastronomy / health and well-being / social business.

An International Opening ✈ New York / Buenos Aires
In the 1st year, the “Learning Expedition” allows students to learn while traveling and meeting companies, institutions and graduates. The experience continues in the 2nd year in our English-speaking partner universities (on our campuses in New York or Buenos Aires).
A Solid Human Formation
It is expressed in the realization of a social and civic mission of 2 months and through the projects carried out in one of the 30 student associations of the school. This course allows you to obtain a certificate in human training issued by UCLy.

Program Outcome
- To provide graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge in a certain industry so that they can make an effective contribution to an organization in the capacity of junior manager.
- To develop students’ critical appreciation of the role of managers in a global context with a focus on a chosen geographical location (Asia, Europe, America, Middle East, Africa) and an industry sector.
- To prepare students to plan and pursue their own continuing professional development with the ability to specialize in the third year.
- To equip students with analytical and evaluative skills, i.e. develop students’ understanding, judgement, and problem solving skills with an ability to communicate to a broad public.
- To enhance students’ appreciation of cultural differences.

- The personal & career development program, combined with corporate experiences (consultancy projects and internships), helps students succeed in finding a job
