Introduction
The Bachelor “Real Estate Business Manager” (GESAI) is a qualification recognized by the State at level 6 (formerly level II). This is the best real estate training in France.
The GESAI Bachelor prepares students for careers in transactions, residential rental management, co-ownership trustees and real estate asset management. It allows you to obtain professional Management, Transaction and Trustee cards.
The GESAI Bachelor can be prepared in Full-Time or work-study format.
Each year of validated training delivers 60 ECTS* credits.
