Introduction
The Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design was established in 2012 within the Faculty of Fine Arts of our university.
The main purpose of the program is training contemporary interior architects and environmental designers who are able to design, plan and detail creative and livable interior and exterior spaces and who can design a space using furniture, color, texture, materials and equipment which are technically appropriate with the necessary knowledge and skills.
An interior architect and environmental designer is educated to bring new and additional solutions to the space organization. As a professional person, who examine human-equipment-space problems by considering active design factors and aesthetic values beyond conventional forms and dimensions, also adapt the developments in the field of materials and technology to the space.
