Our Bachelor programme International Business (BSc) will develop your understanding of international business in a globalized world. Based on the latest theoretical concepts of business administration we aim to equip you with the key business skills to work successfully in an international business environment. The course of study provides you with the sound business knowledge imparted by experienced lecturers from academia and corporate practice alongside equipping you with the proper skills and tools to successfully apply your expertise in practice. We strongly believe, that with our International Business program you build the perfect foundation for a career in international management.

Moreover, together with our partner universities from all over the world, we offer a range of specializations which will allow you to deepen your knowledge and meet your individual goals. The course is completely taught in English.

 7 semester total including a mobility window for a flexible use of internships or study abroad semester

The English-language bachelor’s degree programme in International Business (BSc) at the H-BRS offers you a solid foundation for your international management career. The programme covers international business management methods and in-depth knowledge of financial markets, international trade and globalisation.

How to Apply

: Students must provide evidence of one of the following: Entrance qualification for a University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule); Entrance qualification for the university; Entrance qualification acknowledged as equivalent by the competent authorities. International students must show proficiency in English: at least B2+ level according to the Common European Framework of References for Languages. There is a limited number of standardized language tests that are being recognized when registering in the study programme International Business at H-BRS.

Application period: Application for the winter semester may be submitted between 15 May and 15 July each year

The Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, University of Applied Sciences (H-BRS) was founded in 1995. It is a young and dynamic university with around 9.000 students, approximately 150 professors and about 400 research associates. They are supported by more than 250 highly qualified lecturers from the fields of academia, business and industry. An additional 280 employees work for the Administration, the Library and the Language Centre. The University campus is located in Hennef, Rheinbach and Sankt Augustin. In Bonn, the University runs the Bonn-Aachen International Center for Information Technology (b-it) jointly with the University of Bonn, the Aachen Technical University (RWTH) and the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft.
