Introduction

The electrical engineering degree with its five specializations - automation technology, electrical power engineering, vehicle electronics, embedded systems, information technology - combines the classic contents of electrical engineering with modern information processing. On the one hand, it looks at how electricity is generated, transmitted, used and distributed, and on the other, how information is recorded, transmitted and disseminated and the systems required for this.

As a graduate of the electrical engineering degree, you have a variety of fields of application with excellent career prospects. These range from development and planning to operation, maintenance and marketing of modern electrical systems and mobile and stationary electronic devices and systems.
