Introduction
The Engineering in Risk Prevention and Environment career is aimed at the comprehensive training of a competent professional leader of the preventive culture, capable of developing plans, programs, and new strategies in the prevention of occupational risks, linked to the areas of safety, occupational health, environment and quality of the organization according to the requirements of the labor market.
The Risk Prevention and Environmental Engineer has a solid background in knowledge, skills, and aptitudes that allow him to be a specialist professional capable of adding value through management, capable of ensuring due compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, articulating the different levels of the area, making an up-to-date record of workplace accident and disease statistics, identify the risks associated with the tasks and propose a plan that promotes control measures aimed at guaranteeing the health and safety of workers, causing significant changes and positively impacting the organization and its environment.
