Introduction
De Montfort University and Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College offer three specialisation streams of the British top-up BA (Hons) in Business Administration. This programme is designed as a top-up of two-year higher education degrees or diplomas. The three streams are Finance, Marketing and Strategy & Management. The chosen stream can be studied as a one-year full-time or two-year part-time programme which will qualify graduates for demanding international business careers and Master programmes.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a top-up BA. If your highest level of education is a high school degree our BSc. in Business Studies will be better suited for your profile.

Formats and formalities
The BA (Hons) in Business Administration programme is a graduate level 6 course in accordance with Framework for Higher Education Qualifications in England, Wales and Northern Ireland (FHEQ).
De Montfort University programmes and partnerships are quality assured by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA).
To comply with Danish regulations on the provision of Higher Education programmes aimed at international students, approval has been obtained from the Danish Evaluation Institute (EVA).

Timetable
All BA (Hons) Business Administration students are enrolled in two classes - Their Core Class (Day or Evening) and their Stream Class (Finance, Marketing or Strategy & Management).
Please note that all BA students will have at least one evening session per week because all Stream Classes are taught during the evening. Furthermore, note that all BA students must attend Academic Workshop sessions during the week following induction.
Overall, there are six possible class constellations - two classes on each Stream:
- Finance stream/Core day class
- Core modules are taught Thursdays at 13:00-16:15
- Stream modules are taught Tuesdays at 17:00-20:30
- Finance stream/Core evening class
- Core modules are taught Mondays at 17:00-20:30
- Stream modules are taught Thursdays at 17:00-20:30
- Marketing stream/Core day class
- Core modules are taught Thursdays at 13:00-16:15
- Stream modules are taught Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 17:00-20:30
- Marketing stream/Core evening class
- Core modules are taught Mondays at 17:00-20:30
- Stream modules are taught Wednesdays at 17:00-20:30
- Strategy & Management stream/Core day class
- Core modules are taught Thursdays at 13:00-16:15
- Stream modules are taught Thursdays at 17:00-20:30
- Strategy & Management stream/Core evening class
- Core modules are taught Mondays at 17:00-20:30

Part-time students
If you study the programme part-time for over 2 years, you will study the core modules during your first year and the stream modules during your second year.
Admission Requirements
- Danish AP Degree in Financial Management, or
- Danish AP Degree in Marketing Management, or
- Equivalent Danish or overseas qualifications, and
- IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
- Letter of Motivation
- Passport (must be valid for the duration of your studies)
Please note that your academic background/field of study should match the chosen stream. If your academic background contains both management and marketing modules, for example, the chosen stream should be based on the core subject area of your academic background/field of study.
Admission procedure
The online application form should be submitted in accordance with the deadlines above. Early booking is recommended.
Admission decisions will be announced no later than 2 weeks after the application deadline.
NOTE: Once an applicant has been accepted into the program, the full tuition payment needs to be made immediately after receiving the Letter of Acceptance and no later than May 15 (non-EU) and August 1st (EU)
If the applicant is accepted into the programme, a Letter of Acceptance including payment details will be sent to the email address provided in the application form.
Within one week of having received the payment, Niels Brock will send a signed ST1 residence permit application form by email, allowing the applicant to begin the visa application process. Part-time students will not receive an ST1 form.
