Introduction
The Bachelor of Science in Accounting (120 credits) provides a strong foundation in financial accounting and reporting, cost and managerial accounting, auditing, and federal income taxation. The major prepares you for insight into the language, theory, and accounting principles for careers in the private sector, industry, governmental, not-for-profit, and public accounting fields. In addition, students will undertake all courses required for the Certified Public Accounting Examination in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
