Introduction
The Bachelor in Real Estate Management program at Schellhammer Business School focuses on the study of the global real estate industry with a strong focus on management.
The multidisciplinary syllabus includes contract law, market trends, financial markets, commercial properties, and consumer behaviour and provides a strong focus on the micro and macroeconomic factors that influence property valuations. During the second and third years of the program, students will have the chance to embark on internships that provide invaluable professional experience. These internships are made possible through our collaborative partnerships with renowned companies along the Costa del Sol.
Beyond gaining expertise in real estate, our program places a strong emphasis on personal development. You will cultivate essential skills such as effective self-presentation, adept negotiation skills, critical thinking abilities, and effective communication. Our primary goal is to equip you with the finest knowledge and skills to excel in the fast-paced changing real estate sector.
