Faculty of Administrative and Social Sciences

International markets require professionals who provide strategic solutions to the challenges and problems faced by global companies.

The general objective of the program is to train professionals with knowledge, skills and attitudes that allow them to face the challenges of the national and international economic environment and adapt to its changes, through the planning and management of public or private organizations related to the various areas of international trade that operate under a legal framework.

We prepare professionals for:

  • Provide consulting in financial risk coverage through the participation of companies in derivatives markets or other types of instruments used in the stock market.
  • Analyze cultural differences to generate strategies for markets both nostalgic
  • as regional,
  • Adapt international marketing processes to the increasing trade in services and databases,
  • Design strategies with a high level of awareness in search of that marketing
  • respects biodiversity and promotes issues of recycling, environmental protection, use and renewal of resources,
  • Carry out logistics for the supply of goods and services in a timely manner in international markets.

Social responsability

This program is designed so that students acquire the ability to analyze cultural differences to generate strategies with a high level of awareness in search of international marketing that respects biodiversity and promotes issues of recycling, environmental protection, use and renewal of resources, and establish the logistics for the supply of goods and services in a timely manner in international markets.

Graduation profile

  • Upon graduation, the professional will have the following competencies:
  • Plan and organize administrative functions within foreign trade companies
  • Successfully carry out import and/or export operations of merchandise and services
  • Develop international competitiveness strategies for national companies.
  • Conduct international market research so that companies can participate
  • successfully in those markets.
  • Identify the interactions of economic agents through the dynamics of national and international markets to carry out alternative solutions for different organizations.
  • Know the international financial and monetary system to interpret trade relations between countries that allow them to successfully venture into international markets through the use of different financial instruments that exist.
  • Interpret the participation of the country in commercial interactions and market integration that globalization establishes
  • Interpret international problems through a complex analysis of international relations that affect the markets that allows them to propose different scenarios to companies that venture into international markets
  • Understand the culture of countries to adapt the products and services offered by companies to different markets.
  • Know and apply national and international regulations on foreign trade, mainly Mexican customs legislation in the context of imports and exports.

Location

The program is taught at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the Universidad Veracruzana located in the City of Xalapa, Veracruz. Mexico.

eight semesters.
