Introduction

Adventia has been able to pick up the existing aeronautical tradition and experience in Matacán (Salamanca) since the “School of Flight without Visibility” was created in 1939. In its more than 40 years of existence under different flags, its pilots exercise their dream all over the world and a significant number of them make up the base of the Spanish Air Lines.

At the end of 1999, with the participation of the State Society for Civil Aeronautical Education (SENASA) and the entry into its shareholding of the main Airlines in Spain (Iberia - Air Europa - SAS - Spanair), Adventia, European College was created. of Aeronautics, a school with a solid corporate structure and an important human capital that was born with a clear European vocation and is committed to quality teaching.

In April 2012, the Salamanca Progreso Foundation, (made up of the Salamanca Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Confederation of Salamanca Businessmen, CONFAES), strengthening the company's solidity, which is strengthened with the participation of the University of Salamanca through of the Degree in Commercial Aviation Pilot and Air Operations formalized in 2013.

Adventia teaches all its courses in accordance with the European FCL Regulation and is in turn an ATO School (Approved Training Organization) approved by the State Aviation Safety Agency (E-ATO 230).
